Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, who signed a five-year, $96 million dollar contract with the team, is now settling into his new mansion dream house in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. It’s about 20 minutes outside of Denver.
Peyton Manning purchased the $4.575 million dollar mansion in Cherry Hills Village, which is about 20 minutes outside of the city. The 16,464-square-foot estate has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three partial bathrooms. The four-time NFL MVP got a great deal — the house was purchased in 2005 for $5.7 million, according to Inside Real Estate News.
The two-story estate sits on 3.4 acres. It includes a two-story rotunda, an elevator on all three levels, a safe room, a pool table with full bar, a wine cellar, a centralized computerized management system, an attached dog room with an indoor/outdoor heated kennel, as well as a seven-car heated garage.
