Fleur de Lys mansion is a 45,000 square foot monster residence located in Holmby Hills, an extreme luxury area of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. The original owner was David Saperstein, a billionaire who made his fortune from founding Metro Networks, a broadcasting company. This most expensive home in the United States is right next to another famous mansion called “The Manor” or “Spelling Mansion.” The mega mansion is styled after Louis XIV’s Versailles in France.
Situated on five acres of land in Holmby Hills, the 45,000-square-foot property has twelve bedrooms, fifteen baths, a fifty-seat theater, a ballroom, a gym, a pool house, a 1,200-metre running track, a tennis court and a guest house. There is a 200-yard driveway from the gate to the main house. The Fleur de Lys mansion is rumuroed to have gold embossed leather walls, a spa with pool and it’s very own kitchen. There is a ten person living area for the on site staff.
